The Great Voyage
Part. I
I started my voyage beyond the mountains at the sun. I came down with this vast deal of nervousness and eagerness. The only thing on my mind was my destination. As I started to ascend the first mountain an unknown power swept over and removed the snow caps from the twin mountains with minimal effort, at some sense it seemed the mountain wanted to show me its true stripes.
I found myself at the top of the mountain. Intrigued by its beauty, I decided to extend my stay two fold. The Sun Goddess seemed not to mind of my stay, but urged my to move onward in my quest.
Descending the mountain i stumbled upon a plain. just prior to the valley there was a shallow hole. I've had knowledge of this hole for a while now, so I left it unnoticed.
Beyond the hole and before the valley there was a short stubby patch of grass, like any other ordinary grass, but this grass had something special; it seemed to pull me in subconsciously, urging me to explore the valley.
At first I felt as if I was trespassing, I looked up towards The Sun Goddess and she relieved me of this emotion and I continued on this virgin path.
I took my time through the valley, the ground, moist, impermeable. Meandering a fell upon a cave.
As I entered the cave, I heard Her give me reassurance of my presence . There was water, I think, dripping from the roof. Examining my surroundings, I worked my way throughout finding places and position with comfort and pleasure than others.
Deciding to depart my leisurely stay I followed back though the valley, meandering like a Nomad. I start to feel as if I didn't get a good enough feel for the cave, I started to miss it. Enjoying it more thoroughly than expected, I revisited more briefly, I went deeper than before, getting antsy I reengaged myself into my travel home. Moving in a much more hasty fashion, I soon arrived to my origin, the sun.
Yet, I felt as if part of my was still in the cave, it didn't bother me, The Sun Goddess would want this, as it was a place that can and will change the way you think, feel, and act. An old Indian friend of mine referred to it as “hole beyond valley that make man go crazy.”
That it does, not even ten, fifteen minutes later a sudden, great euphoria runs over me. So great I threw my head back, knees shaking, voice trembling, with such intensity I was sweating.
As my breathe returned to its normal rhythmic pattern, I still couldn't fully believe want just happened. As I smoked the days last cigarette, I retired to my room. My Sun Goddess payed me a visit, and told me of our new unique bond we had. We said our farewells and I drifted into a deep sleep...
